Our Founder’s journey into the tech world began with a passion for computers and an unwavering fascination with the rapidly evolving landscape of technology. After earning his bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, he immersed himself in various projects, each one reinforcing his commitment to the field. It wasn’t until a conversation with a close friend, however, that the idea for WebDome truly took shape.
His friend had ventured into entrepreneurship, eager to launch his own business. He had hired a third-party company to develop his website, expecting a smooth process that would allow him to focus on other crucial aspects of his startup. Unfortunately, the experience was far from ideal. The company he hired took an excessive amount of time to reply to emails, their customer service was painfully slow, and they consistently failed to deliver on their promises. Deadlines were missed, expectation were not met, and his friend was left frustrated and disheartened.
As his friend shared his problem with him, he couldn’t help but see a glaring gap in the market- a need for a company that prioritize customer service regardless of the client’s size. It was clear that there was an opportunity to make a real difference, and thus WebDome was born.
